About the Project
Kreator-Bud turns a new leaf in the development of the architectural appearance of the ancient capital of Western Ukraine and begins the implementation of a project for the construction of a new building in Lviv - a residential complex in Stryiska Street, a complex that not only develops the high-quality architectural traditions of a real European city, but also sets itself the task of creating a truly unique comfortable environment for each of its tenants, a living space of a new quality level, which will be a pattern of beautiful squares, picturesque gardens and chamber parks, interactive playgrounds and cosy recreation areas.
The complex, which will have a full-fledged own infrastructure: parking, a kindergarten, shops and consumer service facilities.
The Residential Complex will consist of 7 apartment blocks, each of which will have sections of different heights from 6 to 9 floors. The apartment blocks will form their own cosy courtyard in a picturesque semicircle, and at the same time, all of them will be turned - like the petals of a giant flower - towards a common public centre, where there will be a large public oasis park. It will form a space for active interaction, recreation and communication for the residents of this residential complex. All apartments will have an advantageous orientation to the cardinal points. The buildings are designed with individual heating and a garbage chute. Ceiling height is 3.0 meters. In addition, all the buildings of the complex are equipped with modern covered ramps, which provides an opportunity for comfortable living for people with special needs.
Each apartment in the building has balconies and glazed loggias.
The apartments will have large panoramic windows, stained-glass windows and "French balconies" that will provide the building with a luxurious view, and the apartments in it - with sunlight and open space.
All this is possible to realize due to the unique location of this residential complex. The complex will be built at the end of Stryiska Street, next to which the construction of a new administrative centre of Lviv is planned. The International Bus Terminal, the ring road of the city are located nearby, as well as one of the best stadiums in Ukraine - "Arena Lviv", which was built for the "Euro-2012" championship, and the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the Lviv region - "King Cross-Leopolis" were built here.
