About the Project
The building is located next to the Museum of Local Lore and the Scientific Library. Together with a residential building and "Andriivsky" business centre. The residential complex Metropol forms the development of the Maidan Heroiv Nebesnoi Sotni, which is an example of a new high-quality public space in the city.
The residential complex is designed with centralized heating with its own boiler room with apartment-by-apartment regulation of heat supply, and all walls have effective external insulation.
The complex provides for a covered underground parking, on the roof of which there will be modern amenities with recreation areas and a children's playroom. The highlight of the Project is a cosy boulevard and a recreational area from the side of Sheptytskoho Street.
