About the Project
The residential complex is located between Lipinsky, Horodnitskaya and Beethoven streets - 5 minutes by car from the center of Lviv. A good location provides walking access to the entire developed infrastructure of the area - park zones, supermarkets and shopping centers, municipal and private schools and kindergartens, stadiums and sports clubs, medical centers and dispensaries, and the like. There are also several public transport stops near the residential complex.
Each house will have modern furnished lobbies with designer decoration. In addition, in the non-residential part, there is a space for storing bicycles and a room for storing strollers.
Apartments in Beethoven will have panoramic windows, thanks to which a beautiful view opens up, and more sunlight will enter the house. Houses are built using monolithic-frame technology with walls filled with ceramic blocks and bricks, and the facade is integrally insulated with mineral wool. Such a combination ensures high energy-efficiency, frost resistance and sound insulation. To preserve the appearance of the facade, cages for air conditioners are provided for each apartment.
In addition, the residential complex will have autonomous heating - its own boiler room on the roof will allow residents to regulate the temperature regime. The individual heat meters will help not to overpay for consumed energy resources.
Residential complex is created according to the "yard without cars" concept with restricted-access territory, round-the-clock security and video surveillance. Near the houses, the first floors of which are set aside for commercial facilities, there will be cafes, shops and services, as well as children's and sports grounds, landscaped pedestrian alleys, recreation areas, running tracks. For the cars of residents and their guests, underground parking is provided, whereas guest parking spaces are located outside the yard.
