The project of the residential complex was developed by Archimatika architectural company and provides for a harmonious combination of the living environment and the rich nature around. For this purpose, the most environmentally friendly materials and technologies are used. Therefore, the walls of buildings are ceramic blocks and bricks, and natural colours are used in the decoration.
In addition, the residential complex will have independent heating with rooftop boilers, which will allow careful use of energy resources. In addition, the insulation of facades with mineral wool and windows with a micro-ventilation mode - with two-chamber double-glazed windows in five-chamber profiles are designed to increase the energy efficiency of buildings.
The interior space of the residential complex follows the concept of "courtyard without cars" - the movement and parking of vehicles in it is prohibited. At the same time, underground parking, indoor and outdoor parking lots are provided for car owners.
Own infrastructure of the complex also includes its own school for 200 students and a kindergarten for 160 children, a shopping and entertainment centre. The latter will be located along Peremohy Avenue, thanks to which it will protect the living space from traffic noise, and will also allow residents and visitors not to contact without unnecessary need outside it. The mall is planned to house a supermarket, shopping galleries, a cinema, a children's entertainment area, a spa and fitness centre with an indoor pool, a restaurant overlooking the recreation area, where several more pools will be located.
At the level of the first floors of the Gravity Park buildings, individual summer terraces of apartments will be located, and above - large balconies from 5 to 20 square meters. Niches for air conditioners are provided to preserve the natural appearance of facades. At the entrance of the buildings, paw-washers will also be equipped for convenient care of pets, there will be wheelchairs and bicycle storage places on the floors.
Residents of Gravity Park will also have direct access to the park area near the Verkhovyna neighbouring lake. There will be football, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts. This infrastructure will be blended in with sports grounds near residential buildings by running and cycling paths.
